It's hard to describe why this is such a special experience...

For sure it has to do with the amazing food - Piers' passion for the best produce combined with his technique and attention to detail make this the best dinner of the year to date.

But it's more than that, the fact that you don't have to go to a restaurant to enjoy it, the superb and friendly service and hosting that Holly provides and the idea of planning this ahead with friends makes it all incredible.

I couldn't recommend it enough, these guys deserve all the recognition. When passion and expertise meet, one can just applaud and admire!
