Our menus start with a selection of Piers’ signature canapés to begin, before presenting our seasonal, multi-course Tasting Menu - regularly reviewed at Michelin Star level whilst delivered with a relaxed and fun approach that can be hard to find in your standard high end restaurants.
Every dish served is presented on unique tableware and local materials (roof tiles, cork, stone etc) with Piers personally presenting each course and describing the story behind the magic that unfolds.
What you are getting is an experience above and beyond typical in-villa catering which will leave you with memories of a lifetime.
