We thoroughly enjoyed the informal and friendly atmosphere and meeting new people. Of course the food was the highlight. The presentation was stunning and original and so were the combination of flavours.. The menu appeared deceptively simple, however, the variety of spices, herbs and ingredients work wonders.

Inventive and incredible food! We attended Piers and Holly's first 'pop-up' dinner event and it was nothing short of spectacular. Eight flavoursome, perfect courses in a fabulous setting in the centre of historic Soller. We loved the company too - we came away with great new friends and contacts.
