We are excited to announce the date for our next 'Charlie's Kitchen' Pop-Up Restaurant on Friday 4th December. Our first event was sold out, so please book early to avoid disappointment. For reservations: holly@piersdawson.com
Our original idea for a 5 course set menu is already growing to 6+ courses - so be prepared for another culinary adventure!
Once again we will be hosting the event in the beautiful villa of Ca'n Ballester in Soller, Mallorca.

Charlie's Kitchen - A Night to Remember!
Thank you to everyone who came along to our first Pop Up event on Friday night. It was a great turnout and a hopefully a memorable evening for all involved!

Charlie's Kitchen Menu - Friday 6th November 2015
Friday night's menu celebrating the end of summer and flavours of autumn.
As ever, Piers' menu evolved along the way, with the original 5 courses expanding to 8 by the night in question!
It's all about the numbers this week... and braised and rolled lamb shoulder!
It's great to be back in London with the team at Alison Price & Co. for the next two weeks, and a nice excuse to check out what's happening on the London food scene before heading back to Mallorca for our first 'Charlie's Kitchen' Pop Up event of the season (don't forget to reserve your place)!
Our private job for 585 at the weekend was a big success, and it's now back in the kitchen with the boys getting ready for our weekend event for over 2000. Here's 627 portions of braised and rolled lamb shoulder ready and waiting to go. It's definitely a numbers game this week!
From London to Mallorca - setting up a new home in the Soller Valley
In the heat of the summer I was really delighted to get a mention in The Mallorca Daily Bulletin's Sunday Interview.
Everything from my previous life as a Chef in London (including my time at the iconic Alison Price & Company) to my move as a Private Chef in Mallorca was covered. Charlie's Kitchen: Pop Up Restaurant Goes live in Soller, Mallorca
As the holiday season in Mallorca comes to a close I'm really excited to be launching a series of Pop Up events at various locations around the Soller Valley.
'Charlie's Kitchen' is dedicated to my son Charlie who has spent a large part of his life to date hanging out with me in the kitchen!
It will be an intimate, relaxed evening focusing on beautiful food, local produce and rustic flavours for what I am aiming to be a very special, unique and memorable culinary experience.
The first event will be set in the stunning surroundings of Ca'n Ballester, in the village of Soller in Mallorca on Friday 6th November 2015.
My 5 course set menu is currently in creation so watch this space as it comes alive, but for a taste of what I have been up to this summer click here.
