Now here in Mallorca he is doing what he does best - creating relaxed, personal and unforgettable culinary experiences, in keeping with the Mediterranean environment, and all in the comfort of your own home.
The Food
Wherever we are in the world we work with local produce unique to the region. Our aim is to combine rustic flavours with contemporary ideas. We work only with fresh, seasonal ingredients with every element of each dish created from scratch.

From Piers' exquisite signature canapés to begin, to his truly unique multi-course Seasonal Tasting Menus, our menus are regularly reviewed at Michelin Star level - whilst delivered with a relaxed and fun approach that is hard to find in your standard high end restaurants.
Prices are specific to the menu you choose and the number of guests - all of which we are happy to discuss in more detail when you get in touch.

Over the past 25 years I have run private jobs across the globe, working to create constantly evolving menus and dishes with my clients always at the heart. Whether it be cooking, creating, or consulting my aim is to produce exceptional, unforgettable food.
